We are very sensitive to your concerns regarding the security of using your credit cards to purchase products over the Internet. Safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. We use the industry leader, PayPal, to process order information, and as such incorporate Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your data while it is being transferred over the Internet. This makes it very difficult for someone to steal your credit card information. We also use the latest encryption technologies to protect the security of your credit card information while we are processing your order.

Domestic Shipping

Orders are sent out Monday through Friday (not including holidays) within 2-3 business days of order receipt. Shipping is 1-5 business days, depending on customer location. Presently we do not offer expedited/rush shipping.


International Shipping / Outside of the US

We presently do not ship outside of the United States.


Sales Tax

We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to an Illinois address. The amount of your sales tax will be calculated and displayed during the check out process.


Order Confirmation Number

Upon completing your order you will receive an order confirmation number. Please save your order confirmation number and refer to it if you need to contact us with questions regarding your order.


Processing an Order

Your order of in-stock merchandise will generally arrive within 3 to 8 business days of order reciept. We will notify you if an item cannot be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays are generally processed the following business day. The funds will be deducted from your Paypal account when you place your order. This is a Paypal policy.


How To Change Your Order

If you find that you have made an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by sending an e-mail to info<at>nutri-plate<dot>com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change any portion of your order.


Order Status

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.


Returns and Exchanges

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please contact us via email within 30 days of receipt. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund. If you have ordered incorrectly or are not happy with your purchase, please follow the Return/Exchange Instructions below. On these returns, original shipping and handling charges are refundable, but you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. In either case, absolutely no COD returns will be accepted.


Return/Exchange Check List

1. Send via a courier that will provide you with a tracking number (FedEx, UPS, DHL).

2. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages/product.

3. Inform us via email what you are returning and why: info<at>nutri-plate<dot>com

4. Include a copy of your original reciept.

5. Items must be returned in new condition.

6. Upon receipt, we will issue you a credit card refund.
